I am not really a fan of white sauce pasta but after my brother B introduced this Xtremely Xpresso carbonara, I have learned to like it. The sauce is light and not too creamy. It's simply cooked with crispy bacon bits which add a little salty taste to the dish.
My J's mom L cooked carbonara for us one time but instead of bacon, she used Spam slices. So delicious too!
